How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS/Ground or FedEx for express services at your special request.
Fresh Designer Holiday & Christmas Wreaths have express shipping included in the price. Overnight shipping extra.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Routinely, within 10 – 14 business days after you place your order for ground shipping for dried and twig products. Optional express delivery is also available for these wreaths. Maine Balsam Wreaths routinely will arrive within 6-8 business after you place your order. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.

What is the current availability of your handcrafted botanical wreaths and swags?
We update our order form frequently to show what is currently available. Because we create our pieces with plant materials, our inventories are affected by seasonal and trend demands greater than Mother Nature can produce, as well as weather and climatic conditions, etc. We do our best to keep you informed of product availability. Since our dried and preserved botanicals are long-lasting, it is best to order in advance to ensure the receipt of your order on schedule.

Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the continental U.S. at this time.

How long can I expect my dried and preserved wreaths and swags to last?

Do you create custom designs?
We offer a large number of designs from which to choose. Generally, our customers are delighted with our favorite and new wreath selections. If you want a custom look, we suggest that you order a piece that is closest to what you have in mind, and once you receive it, customize it to your own liking (See our FREE IDEAS). Over the years, we have found that it is often too difficult to accurately communicate and interpret a custom design request. If a customer is unhappy with the results, then we are, too! Unfortunately, due to the inherent challenges in custom designing pieces, at this time, we do not offer this service.

However, we do create custom-size pieces. Most wreath and swag designs as shown are available in 12” to 36” sizes. Custom, special order sizes (not shown) will require additional time to create. Please contact customersupport@wreathgarden.com with your specific requests. We will reply promptly with calculated product and shipping costs before your order.

Do you create dried floral arrangements?
No. We create only dried floral and herbal wreaths and swags. Dried floral arrangements are too fragile to endure the shipping process. Our wreaths, however, shipped in protective packaging, make beautiful tabletop arrangements when accompanied by candles and hurricane lamps.

Do you sell dried floral products so that I can create my own designs?
We sell these products in bulk quantities only. Please contact us at customersupport@wreathgarden.com with your specific request.
